Looking for some soap making supplies? Before you do, take a look around your kitchen. You might be surprised to find you already have some of the things you need.  But remember, once you use it for soapmaking, DO NOT use it for preparing food again.  Go through your cabinets and dig out those old pots and pans you haven't used in a long time.  Most can be used for soapmaking.  But if you can't find any, we have compiled a list for you here on this page you purchase.  A few things you will need are as followed:

• Scale
• Mixing utensils - whisk and/or hand blender
• Stainless Steel Pots
• Measuring utensils - silicon or rubber spatulas (2 would be best), plastic spoons (like the wooden ones) and measuring spoons.
• thermometers
• molds
• Safety equipment - rubber gloves, apron or old clothes and safety goggles
